ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a summer employee as a transport leader at MaserFrakt in Borlänge. Together with your engaged and helpful colleagues, you will solve customers' needs regarding transport. You will be introduced by shadowing a colleague during your training before you are expected to work independently with colleagues close at hand. You will be welcomed into a family-like and open environment where the work is based on teamwork among the employees in the department. You will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at MaserFrakt.

We are looking for someone who can start working in April or May and is available for work until August 15. The need is full-time, but if you are studying during the spring, it is fine to start working part-time and then increase to full-time from June.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Act as the spider in the web between the company's customers, drivers, haulage contractors, and employees
• Find the best solutions for efficient transport, which involves planning and ensuring that deliveries and transports are sent and reach their destination on time
• Answer questions and assist with service and support via email and phone
• Continuously work on improvements and development of routines and working methods

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is available to start in April/May and can work the entire summer period until August 15
• Has previously worked in service; it is also an advantage if you have experience or education in logistics or transport
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing as it is required in daily work
• Has basic knowledge of the Office package, especially Word and Excel
• Possesses good knowledge of the local geography

We also believe that you are collaborative and have good service skills. The role also requires you to be responsible and good at working according to a structure in transport planning.

• Working hours: Weekdays, with working hours scheduled during the day
